Welcome to America's Rising Stars Grand Novice! This is a leveled novice pageant for contestants that have not won over $2500.00 cash for one title at any pageants since January 1, 2007. (Photo or talent contests do not count.) So, no matter your age or your experience you will only compete with contestants like you. From beginner to contestants that have done a few pageants, there is a level for everyone!
